Snow is Lame

I do not enjoy the snow whatsoever. What is enjoyable about this cold, wet substance? People just rave over it and how they can't wait for it to snow, and I just don't understand. The only time it is okay for it to snow is on Christmas morning. And Christmas morning only. So last night I had to work at 6:30, so by the time I walked to work, it was dark. Oh and it was freezing rain. I had an umbrella, so I was doing okay until I accidentally pressed the button on the umbrella and it closed on my head. All of the rain on the top of the umbrella dripped on my face and my hair was totally caught. I didn't find it amusing but I'm sure the cars driving by got a good laugh, and so did Kirsten. I was relieved once I finally got to work because it was nice and warm and dry. I went downstairs and started sorting through the mess in the dressing room because whoever was in there before had not the slightest clue what they were doing. When I was finally on a roll, Kevin (my manager) came up to me. "Kelsey, what are you doing?" "Sorting cloths..(in a kind of duh tone)" "Go home, we are way down in sales." "WHAT, are you kidding me?! I haven't even been here an hour, this dressing room is a mess and I need to be down here! Now I have to walk allll the way BACK home in the dark, in the cold, in the rain. That is ridiculous." Okay, so I didn't say that out loud, but I really wanted to. I basically got paid about 5 dollars to walk in the freezing rain to work last night. When I got home no one was here, so I watched America's Most Wanted, which used to be one of my favorites shows, until I lived in a neighborhood where most of those people probably hide out. When Ali and Haleigh got home we decided to go on a late night shopping spree to Target and Walmart. I truly love Ali, but her driving quite frankly scares me to death. I guess it isn't totally her fault. I mean she does drive a van with no power steering and sometimes the van has a mind of it's own. Kirsten, Haleigh, and I stayed up until 3 in the morning dying Haleigh's hair brown. She is a sexy brunette! We were late to church this morning, but the good part about that was we got to sit in the comfortable chairs in the back  of the commons. I really enjoyed the Sunday school lesson today! Oh and how about them Bucks! That was a close game. Oh and go BYU, atta boys! I'm so glad the snow is melting already!
